How to Withdraw Your Funds

1. Email verification:

   • First step before trying to make a withdrawal is to make sure your email has been verified. Click here to see if it has been verified.

   • Once your email has been verified, refresh the page and you may now withdraw your funds.

2. Account wallet:

   • Go to your account wallet here.

   
   

   • Choose the cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw.

   • Select your crypto network.

   • Enter the destination address (the address to which you want to receive your funds).

   • Input the desired amount you want to cash out.

   • You will then have to either put in your 2FA code, a code sent to your email, or an OAuth verification.

Every withdrawal has a minimum amount and also a fee which will be deducted directly from your balance.More info can be found here.
