How to clear cache and cookies on your phone?

Safari

iOS

1. Go to Settings on your device

2. Scroll down to Safari

3. Click Advanced

4. Click Website Data

5. Tap on Clear history and website data

Firefox

iOS

1. On your device, open Firefox

2. Click on the menu tab (3 parallel lines) at the lower right-hand side

3. Select "Settings"

4. Scroll down to "Privacy"

5. Select "Clear Private Data"

6. Make sure only "Cookies" is selected

7. Tap on "Clear Private Data"

Android

1. Launch Firefox

2. Look for the menu icon (3 parallel lines)

3. Go to Settings

4. Look for Privacy & Security

5. Select Clear Private Data

6. Choose which data you would like removed

7. Tap Clear Data

Chrome (iOS)

iOS

1. On your device, launch Chrome

2. Tap More Settings

3. Click on Privacy and Security

4. Hit Delete Browsing Data

5. Choose which data you would like removed

6. Click Delete Browsing Data

7. Select Done

Android

1. On your device, open Chrome

2. At the top right, click the 3 dots and select Settings

3. Click the Privacy tab

4. Select Clear Browsing Data

5. Choose which data you would like removed

6. Click Clear Data
